It can be used in place of powdered turmeric and is more potent in this fresh juice form.

Ginger – Ginger is known for its anti-inflammatory properties, pain relief and commonly used for an upset stomach or nausea. Fresh ginger contains a potent compound called gingerol, which has antioxidant properties and reduces inflammatory enzymes. As a result, fresh ginger juice is “beneficial for inflammatory-related conditions and pain relief, specifically menstrual cramps and also arthritis-based conditions,” There are a multitude of culinary uses for our fresh ginger shots. Ginger juice can be added to your home curries, broths, smoothies, juices, stews and stir fry. It can be used to liven a jerk marinade or sauce.
